Sending a HUGE shout-out to Tim Smith, Home Staging Assist. The home had been a rental for 10 years and was in very rough shape. Tim and his crew worked really hard and left no detail undone. Not only did they deep-clean, they also took care of landscaping, painting, and pro-actively repaired what would have been BINSR items, inside and out ~ they were extremely thorough, even down to adding air fresheners and a welcome mat! When they were done it was immaculate and showed beautifully. Here’s the payoff: under contract in 4 days at FULL PRICE! (Plus I received a full-price back-up offer…it’s a hot neighborhood.) Tim and Candi have helped us out a ton. We recently used them for the first time and have had a great experience. Before getting them involved, the sellers were stressed about coordinating a home cleaner, floor cleaner, handyman, landscaper, etc. to prep the home for the listing. Tim showed up to give them a quote and was able to do everything they needed in one weekend for a similar if not cheaper price than it would have been to hire everything out.
