Tim & Candi just did an amazing job prepping a listing or mine for market. After they were dont and I made it live in MLS I got it sold and contract signed with 29 hours of listing! My seller got to pick from two offers too. These guys picked the perfect paint color to tie everything together and the perfect carpet in the bedrooms to match it. They cleaned the hell out of it and I think the buyers could tell it was in “perfect” condition. It wasn’t before they got their though… It had renters and it was scuzzy! They staged it and it looked like a model home and the buyers went crazy! Love it!

Sending a HUGE shout-out to Tim Smith, Home Staging Assist. The home had been a rental for 10 years and was in very rough shape. Tim and his crew worked really hard and left no detail undone. Not only did they deep-clean, they also took care of landscaping, painting, and pro-actively repaired what would have been BINSR items, inside and out ~ they were extremely thorough, even down to adding air fresheners and a welcome mat! When they were done it was immaculate and showed beautifully. Here’s the payoff: under contract in 4 days at FULL PRICE! (Plus I received a full-price back-up offer…it’s a hot neighborhood.) Tim’s price was very reasonable and I fully believe the work they did attributed to the quick sale and that I wouldn’t have gotten full price otherwise.
